I'm Not Afraid of Failure, but I'm Terrified of Regret

I am not afraid of failure. But I am terrified of regret. And the feeling of failure will almost always turn into the feeling of regret.

So many people, especially women, have approached me and said they’ve always wanted to (insert that something here). So why don’t they? The answer is simple; they’re afraid of failure.

Many of these people who are afraid to fail end up years later regretting that they never took that chance.

If there is one thing that I’ve learned in my career it is that there will always be something that’s in the “way”. But, there is only one thing that is truly in the way and that is ourselves.

When we are unsure or scared of our own abilities then we will never succeed.
